While BHS does not do adoptions, or take in dogs and/or puppies, we occasionally post announcements for other rescues to help them gain exposure to urgent cases. Please contact them directly for information regarding fostering/adopting/rescuing dogs and puppies.

Please meet Stack, Jenny, Major and Bug.  These sweet pups are at OCAS with a deadline of Tuesday, September 23rd at 5 pm.  Each pup deserves to be in a happy and loving home — and we are hoping you can help.

We are working on obtaining pledges and are in the process of speaking to trustworthy fosters.  May we have any potential fosters fill out an application with your rescue?

Stack is ADOPTABLE. He can be adopted directly from the shelter or rescued! He needs an ADOPTER or FOSTER/RESCUE/PLEDGES.

 Jenny, Major and Bug are “rescue only” and are only available for rescues. They need FOSTERS/RESCUES/PLEDGES.

 Orange County Animal Services, ORLANDO, FL (2769 Conroy Road, Orlando, FL 32839). 

 There are 4 beautiful and sweet dogs on this week’s EUTHANASIA LIST at Orange County Animal Services in Orlando, FL. Their deadline is TUESDAY 9/23. Stack is  adoptable and can be adopted or rescued. Jenny, Major and Bug are “rescue only” and only available for rescues. They will be euthanized Wednesday morning unless they are adopted or receive rescue holds.

 Stack A576136 (ADOPTABLE): male, 7 years old and 20 lbs. (Needs ADOPTER or FOSTER & RESCUE).

 Jenny A576311 (RESCUE ONLY): female, 2 years old and 49 lbs. (Needs FOSTER & RESCUE).

 Major A579179 (RESCUE ONLY): male, 2 years old and 52 lbs. (Needs FOSTER & RESCUE).

 Bug A577461 (RESCUE ONLY): male, 8 years old and 15 lbs. (Needs FOSTER & RESCUE).

 If you are interested in ADOPTING Stack, please visit the shelter to meet him . The shelter is located at 2769 Conroy Road in Orlando, FL 32839 and is open from 10am to 6pm daily, except Wednesday from 2pm to 6pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time so that you can interact with him before filling out an adoption application.
